Wayne Cobleigh is responsible for client relationships and business development with GZA鈥檚 port development, offshore wind and power clients. He is Finance Committee Chair of the Connecticut Green Building Council, a member of the Governor鈥檚 Council on Climate Change Working Group on Financing and Funding Climate Adaptation in Connecticut, GZA鈥檚 corporate membership representative to the American Clean Power Association (ACP) and the Business Network for Offshore Wind, and a member of the ACP Offshore Wind Technical Advisory Panel (OWTAP) Geotechnical Subcommittee for the development of U.S. offshore wind technical practice standards.
